Juan Carlos Freyre

J.C. Freyre is an accomplished Executive Vice President with expertise in development management, design, and construction. Historically based in Miami, Florida, he oversees condo and apartment development projects across South Florida, with experience in every phase from acquisitions to lease-up delivery. With a background in construction management, he has successfully managed large-scale projects, including mixed-use urban developments and commercial real estate ventures in Dubai UAE. Notable accomplishment in multiple developments with the DIFC in Dubai and Miami Central Station in Downtown Miami with Class A retail, residential towers, and office space.
