Katy castells

Katy Castells currently serves as our Accounting and Closing Coordinator on all acquisition and development transactions in south Florida.  She has 35+ years of experience in the accounting and closing industry.  At Alta Development, her primary focus has been on the multi-family side of the business, both preparing the files for closing and accounting for disbursements.   She loves all aspects of the work, especially the wonderful people both internally and externally. Her goals and aspirations have always been to be the best version of herself that she can be. She strives to be a consummate professional who is recognized for having good communication and listening skills. She emigrated from Cuba in the late 70s and has lived in south Florida for over 30 years.
