Matthew Lefert is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in contract administration, property management, and client relations. His work focuses on supporting legal teams, developers, and clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring that contracts, compliance requirements, and operational details are managed with precision.

Currently serving as Project and Contract Administrator for River District 14, Matthew oversees sales contracts, deposit schedules, and compliance processes, coordinating closely with buyers, brokers, and developers to help ensure seamless transactions. He also manages digital resources, website content, and broker agreements, aligning operational details with legal requirements and project goals.

Prior to his current role, Matthew gained extensive property management experience with FirstService Residential, where he supported several condominium startups—including Baltus House Condominium, developed by Alta Development. In that capacity, he established community operations, created owner orientation materials, and oversaw resident relations, budgeting, and compliance. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in navigating the intersection of real estate development, client service, and regulatory frameworks.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is known for his organizational skills, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, making him a valuable asset in supporting real estate law practices, development projects, and client-focused transactions.
